Voice Message Playback Speed Can Be Adjusted
It has been known that WhatsApp has been working on voice message speeds for a while. With the new feature, users will be able to control the playback speed of voice messages. Thus, users will be able to play voice messages at 1.5x or 2x speed in addition to 1x speed.
Multi-Device Support
One of the biggest changes that WhatsApp will make in the new update will undoubtedly be the ability for users to log in to their WhatsApp account from multiple devices at the same time. This feature, which is still in development, was tested in the beta version of WhatsApp for iPhone last November. WhatsApp currently supports one phone and one desktop computer at the same time. With the new multi-device support, users will be able to add up to four devices to a single account at the same time. One of the features that will come with the new update is the ‘read later’ option. This feature is said to be an improved version of the existing Archived Chats feature in WhatsApp. This feature is expected to move chats to be read later and WhatsApp will not send notifications for this chat.
Lost Images
The disappearing images feature, similar to WhatsApp’s self-destructing messages, is expected to automatically delete conversations from the chat after a certain period of time. This feature is expected to come to Android and iOS soon.
Join Group Calls Without Answers
One of the new updates is the ability to join group calls that you missed. With this feature, users will be able to join group calls that they were invited to after the call has started. In this way, users will be able to join the group conversation later and the chat will not start over.
WhatsApp Insurance
One of WhatsApp’s most important innovations will be selling insurance in some regions with which it has agreements. In this context, users will be provided with an insurance opportunity that will include health insurance and micro retirement products.
